Novotel Guangzhou Baiyun Airport

The responsive staff, convenient shuttle service, and early check-in made everything easy. The spacious room was comfortable, and I appreciated the good food selection. Although it was quite noisy at night with children in the halls, the relaxing pool and spa facilities really enhanced our family bonding time. I would happily choose this hotel again for future layovers.

It's good choice for visiting some must see attractions in Guangzhou.

exceptional and ideal accommodation with marvellous setting close enough to shops/restaurant in the airport, terminal 1 and 46 for terminal 2 and the metro one stop. nice and very polite staff, free wake up service and ironing available. a good choice of goodies for breakfast. special overall experience.

Just a short 5-10 minute walk from the airport, the location couldn't be better. The hotel was spotless and beautifully designed. The staff were kind and made us feel welcome. Our spacious room featured the most comfortable bed and excellent amenities. Plus, the relaxing spa services allowed us to unwind, making it a perfect family getaway. Highly recommend!

The room was clean and fantastic with iron/ironing board, a work desk and a couch bed included. The bed was comfy and we received good service. Location: the hotel was next to the terminal, GZ airport, and the restaurant. Furthermore, near Canton fair.

The location was excellent, just a short walk from the airport terminals, making it super convenient. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The staff were friendly, and while there was a bit of a language barrier, they did their best to assist me. I enjoyed a good meal at the restaurant, and breakfast had a nice variety.

I really struggled with the internet situation. The hotel had no VPN access, which made catching up on emails impossible. Plus, the Wi-Fi was spotty at best. It was super frustrating navigating social media restrictions without proper support!

We found Novotel convenient for our overnight layover. The clear shuttle instructions helped us navigate from Terminal 2 to our room in under 40 minutes. Though the air conditioning didn't cool well and noise from the rain was bothersome, overall I'd recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at Novotel! The room was spacious enough for our family and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the free shuttle service to the airport, though finding the pickup location was a bit tricky. I'd definitely recommend this hotel!

Really enjoyed having a seating area, ironing facilities, and a study table in the room. the hotel's location is magnificent and convenient, being very close to Guangzhou Airport, subways, shops, and restaurants within the airport complex, and is easily accessible from both Terminal 1 and 2.

The room is reasonably large and modern with the most comfortable bed. the staff is exceptionally helpful, which is an advantage. This property is in a convenient and excellent location, not far from the airport and the terminal.

The staff was fantastic and lovely, and the location was excellent, being right by Terminal 1 and just a short distance from Terminal 2.

The staff were super and had a great attitude. the location was marvelous, close to the airport and convenient to go everywhere. - It was brand-new, close to the metro, a 24-hour restaurant, and the airport's T1. - I had very comfortable days staying at this hip new property.
